Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return any unopened item in its original condition within 15 days of receiving it for a full refund. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original state, we will issue a refund to the credit card you used for the purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at cs@olablue.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please note that returns cannot be processed without this RA Number.
- If your item arrived damaged or if there was an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
- Securely repack the item in its original packaging and ensure the RA Number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by contacting cs@olablue.com. Be sure to retain the original packaging and materials. We will give you instructions on how to return the item at no cost, and we will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
