Return & Refund Policy

At Ola Blue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help.


Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any item

Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at cs@olablue.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging.

  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.

  4. Ship the item according to the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number
• photos of the damaged item and packaging

If the damage or error is confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return if opened or used:

• essential oils
• botanical extracts
• incense products
• any item marked as final sale


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
