Thank you for shopping with Ola Blue. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions and destination.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

We work with trusted carriers such as:

• FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping method.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Ola Blue is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

Ola Blue is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
